Libertizy brings together a community of adult, curious and considerate individuals who wish to explore their desires in a serene setting. This Code of Conduct is not a contract: it is a shared art of living, the expression of the values that give our exchanges their quality. By joining Libertizy, you embrace a mindset in which everyone’s pleasure is grounded in respect for all. We invite you to make it your compass, on the platform as well as during your encounters.

Consent, our golden rule

Nothing happens without a clear, free and enthusiastic agreement. Consent is not the absence of refusal: it is a “yes” expressed without ambiguity, without pressure and without ulterior motive. Conversely, a “no” is absolute and immediate, whatever the moment, and never needs to be justified.

• Agreement is asked for, never assumed.
• Consent may be withdrawn at any time, even after it has been given.
• Any approach is always courteous and gradual, attentive to the other person’s reactions.
• As a couple, agree on your respective limits beforehand and communicate them openly.

Respect for others

Courtesy is the hallmark of our community. Every member deserves consideration and kindness, regardless of their appearance, background or desires. Insistence, pressure and judgement have no place at Libertizy.

• Respect everyone’s orientation, choices and limits, without inappropriate comments.
• Never insist after a refusal: heavy-handedness and pushiness go against the spirit of the community.
• Harassment, in any form, is forbidden and severely sanctioned.

Discretion and privacy

Anonymity is the cornerstone of swinger circles and the foundation of trust. What happens on Libertizy and during our encounters stays private: this is a matter of honour as much as a safety requirement for everyone.

• It is forbidden to capture, distribute or share, without explicit agreement, an image, a message or the identity of another member.
• Anything you learn about another person remains strictly confidential, including outside the platform.
• At parties, the use of phones and cameras is strictly regulated: refrain from taking any photographs or videos without the organiser’s authorisation and that of the people involved.

Authenticity

Sincerity is the foundation of quality encounters. Present yourself as you truly are: an authentic profile inspires trust and paves the way for fulfilling exchanges.

• Post photographs of yourself that are recent and true to life.
• Provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
• Fake profiles and identity theft deceive and harm the community: they are strictly forbidden.

In messaging

A thoughtful first message is worth a thousand follow-ups. Libertizy’s messaging is meant to be a refined space for conversation, where politeness and patience make all the difference.

• Address other members with courtesy and personalise your messages.
• Avoid mass-sent messages and insistent follow-ups.
• A lack of reply is a choice that should be respected, without insistence or reproach.

At parties, in clubs or on trips

Every event has its own setting and atmosphere. Scrupulous respect for the organiser’s rules ensures a harmonious and memorable experience for everyone.

• Respect the theme, the schedule and the intended use of the different spaces.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and a well-kept appearance, in keeping with the spirit of the party.
• Be mindful of other participants’ comfort and take care of the venue that welcomes you.

What is strictly forbidden

Certain limits admit no exception. The following behaviours result in immediate exclusion and, where applicable, a report to the competent authorities.

• Any presence, depiction or solicitation of minors.
• Prostitution, soliciting and any other form of paid solicitation.
• Violence, coercion, threats, and hateful or discriminatory remarks.
• The distribution of unlawful content of any kind.
• The publication of personal contact details in the platform’s public spaces.
• Any unauthorised commercial or promotional use of Libertizy.

Reporting and sanctions

Everyone’s vigilance protects the whole community. If you witness or experience a breach of this Code of Conduct, report it without hesitation: our teams review every report with care and discretion.

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in a warning, account suspension or a permanent ban from Libertizy. In the event of serious misconduct, these measures apply without notice. Governing Language
